Exceeding our expectations! We went online to find a rental property for a special birthday vacation with our two adult children, but little did we know we would meet two of the greatest people you would ever want to work with in the process. It's sometimes scary to take a leap of faith into the unknown but we could not have asked for anything better. This condo was fabulous, exactly as pictured, with the location truly steps to the turquoise water and white sandy beach. The service we received from Todd and Maria was out of this world. They quickly answered our numerous e-mail questions prior to arrival. When we arrived, we had more questions, where to shop, eat, etc. Again, their assistance was invaluable. From the moment we met them, they made us feel extremely comfortable and words cannot describe the experience we had in Punta Cana. In these days of dwindling customer service, we can assure you they will do everything possible to make your vacation stay memorable. We are so fortunate to have chosen this property and to have had Todd and Maria to work with. If you want memories to last a lifetime, this is the place for you. We are looking forward to returning to see our new friends! We can't thank you guys enough for all you did in exceeding our expectations!!

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo was as advertised, clean and spacious. It is very close to the pool which is handy for getting drinks or bathroom breaks! The pool was very clean, and the water was warm, everyone we met around the pool was so friendly! The bedroom has tons of closet space. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the beach (5 min). Had lunch at the Beach Grill, very good food (tip: customers can use the beach chairs). We also ate at several local restaurants for dinner, and they were all good. Everything is close: a 3 min walk around the corner to the property manager’s office (to book tours) and a nice restaurant right below their office. There is a plaza about 7-8 min walk with a grocery store and several restaurants, we ate at Citrus a couple of times. Another tip: use the money exchange in El Dorado Plaza for the best rates. We paid extra when booking for the airport pickup and it was totally worth it - the driver was waiting for us with a sign, and we didn't have to worry about trying to find a taxi driver that spoke English!! We were met at the condo by Gregory from the property management company, and he was very helpful and showed us everything we needed to know. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely go back and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

My husband, two adult children and I visited the condo over Christmas break. Everything was exactly as explained in the listing, and Todd from Reliable Realty was very easy to work with. We decided to go to Punta Cana as a last-minute whim, and he processed our request and payments within hours. He also arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport, who was on-time, courteous and helpful. When we arrived, we noticed that the refrigerator/freezer was not as cool as it should have been; I contacted Todd, and he sent a handyman the next day. He found the fan was not working, fixed the part and it worked fine from then. The condo has beautiful woodwork, up-to-date furnishings, and everything you would need to cook for yourselves. The grounds were well-maintained, and we were pleased to see security in the courtyard and gate entrance 24/7. The local area is booming with restaurants, bars, and shops. There are only a few very small local markets, however, so I recommend stopping at the large grocery store on your way back from the airport. Prices at the restaurants are shown in local Pesos as well as US Dollars and European Euros, and they accept all three currencies. Bring a lot of small bills, however, because you will not receive change in anything other than Pesos. Overall, we can't say enough about our amazing winter getaway, and we all decided that we would like to make this our family's new yearly tradition!

The property was very well maintained, and the pool area was brand new. I felt very safe there and the other guests/condo owners on the property were very friendly. It was convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

We met Maria and Todd at the peak of our frustration with Punta Cana real estate agents. We were searching for a rental management company and had one bad experience after another and decided it would be better to try it on our own. Todd was just starting out on his own which made us hesitant to work with him, but we decided to give it a try. Both Todd and Maria jumped right in, and we were able to get our rental up and running in no time. They gave us great suggestions and feedback which led to our unit being one of the best rentals in the area. They did such a great job that we had a hard time getting time at our own place if we did not block it out months in advance, and we could not even think about the peak seasons if we did not plan at least a year in advance. The buyers had purchased a unit from Maria before and had success with their rentals with Todd which ended up being a benefit to us. The key selling point was our great rental history so the package deal of working with both Todd and Maria was extremely valuable to us. The closing was quick, and we were at ease by using Reliable Realty’s referred attorney, Mario Vasquez. Reliable Realty provided us with more than just real estate and property management services. We were able to form a great friendship with Maria, Todd, and their Sales Support Assistant. We can't wait to get back for a visit and will only consider Reliable Realty for our vacation rental needs.

Our property was managed by Todd Williams with Reliable Realty (Property Management). As per our overall experience, we would have to say this full-service agency is by far the best the island has in Property Management. Once you secure a property and spend time on the island, you will totally understand what we mean. There are a lot of people who "say" they are property managers and make a lot of promises but are not kept (or even legal). Reliable Realty SRL is not like that. We have been approached by other people having alternate property management services with nightmare stories. Todd is selective as to who his management company services, and how many properties they manage (not too big, not too small). We actually bought our property from another Real Estate agency before finding out about Maria, the Broker of Sales; and we had a lot of problems. We were fortunate to find Reliable Realty and convinced them to take us on board. It really has been turn-key. They have looked after everything for us for several years now and give us detailed monthly statements with the whole breakdown of expenses and earnings.
