been here before and stayed at an all-inclusive but always wondered
what was outside the resort walls … in those mix of modern
yet cultural towns you may have noticed from your bus, taxi or
open safari truck. The very same towns where tourist renting
condos safely roam, and we expats from all over the world live,
work and play among the local and friendly Dominican people.
We realize not everyone is
ready to buy property here – However, like you, our time and resources are very
valuable. FOR SERIOUS BUYERS, we are committed (and excited)
to provide a tour of this area, its amazing amenities and beaches,
as well as 6-8 of the best properties meeting your
specific needs at no cost.
However, if you are just starting
your search and unsure of this area, we appreciate your honesty
and will be happy to provide a comprehensive, full day REAL
ESTATE ASSESSMENT TOUR of the local area, customized just for you, your
needs and curiosities. The tour includes visiting various beach
accesses, and perhaps stores of importance (cell phone, internet,
furniture, hardware stores, malls, restaurants, grocery
stores, etc..., etc...), and of course 4-6 properties meeting your
specific criteria’s.
This comprehensive real estate tour takes 5-6 hours
and includes beverages throughout the day, along with a light lunch
on the beach and a small “Dominican” gift basket per
couple. We are told that our tours are fun and the most informative
tours our clients have ever taken; and especially beneficial if
you are planning to retire or live here, either full-time or part-time.

The cost is less than a typical excursion
or tour of just $75
per person. Discounts are offered to Seniors 65 and over and
Veterans. You will be personally picked up at your resort, or vacation
rental at around10:00 AM and dropped back off just before supper;
around 3:00 – 4:00 PM. You will
also be provided with a printed overview of everything you saw
to refer to later so you can relax during the tour and truly enjoy
your day.
During this fun, yet extensive tour, you will learn
more about Punta Cana, our amazing real estate opportunities, and
interesting cultural tid-bits extremely beneficial and typically
take the average expat 3-4 months to learn on their own once here.
It is impossible to make a buying decision without evaluating the
local area and the amenities offered.
I'm sorry, but at this time we can only accommodate up to
4 adults at one time in our personal SUV.
Should you decide to purchase, the
entire cost will be applied toward your purchase.

also be made in advance in part or in full via PayPal. Or you can
pay in person prior to the tour. Since this is a popular tour,
please provide at least a 2 week notice.
